FAQ's

When will my order ship?

Current processing time is 1-2 weeks. All apparel items have to be ordered wholesale before I can transfer the designs and ship to you. If you need an order expedited please reach out before placing the order, as some items I do keep on hand. Plants ship out on Monday or Tuesday to avoid being stuck in transit over the weekend.

Shipping speed refers to the time in transit once dropped off at the carrier, not the speed in which orders are made and shipped out. All items are made per order and not on back stock.

How do the sizes run?

All apparel is true to size, unisex sizing unless otherwise specified. Recommend sizing up for an "oversized" fit. Sweatshirts are Gildan, unless otherwise specified, and run true to size, unisex, 50/50 cotton/polyester. 

Shirts are Comfort Colors brand, run true to size, unisex 100% cotton, and are preshrunk during the garment dye process.

Do you take returns?

All orders are final sale, if product arrives damaged please reach out to kate@earthwindandplants.com or file a claim with Route protection. 

What is Route protection?

Route is shipping insurance that actually covers lost, stolen, or damaged items. Route is defaulted on every order. By turning off the additional shipping insurance I cannot place claims on your behalf and you will have to go through the process with the chosen shipping company.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Please reach out via "contact" tab if you are looking for a custom logo or a bulk order of current styles (25 items or more). Please note that products are hand pressed and large orders may take longer than current processing times.
